This week our parents have come to visit us from Menorca. They have come to celebrate my partner's birthday, mine and my father's. On Saturday morning I had to get up very early to go to the airport to pick them up.This time, and as we celebrated our birthday, we went to a restaurant located in the center of Palma, but there are others like it all over the island. We went to “la casa gallega", all the food they make is very good. For the amount of food they give you and the quality, the price is good. The dish that I liked the most was a grilled sirloin that was delicious. When we finished eating we went for a walk in Palma and some shops there. The same day, my parents returned to Menorca. The rest of the days, it has been bad weather and we have not left home, and we have taken the opportunity to study module 7 and cook some special dishes. One day I made chocolate with churros that were great.
On Sunday I made a seafood paella that was also very good and for dinner “typical Mexican burritos”.
When I am at home and in bad weather I love to cook. In Globalia training we have been dismantling the combustion heater of the turbocommander. It’s a system that heats the air we use to pressurize the plane, using a fuel burner. Dismantling was very easy, but to mount, due to the placement of the burner, it was a difficult job. This week, our group will begin to disassemble the turbochargers of the “convair coronado" we have on test benches.
In the theory classes, we are still with Fernando Arruego, but at the end of the week we return to the pneumatic and hydraulic part with Jose Miguel.

Everything looks good, interesting and the paella makes me very hungry!
